Bouquet: ripe blackberries, cherries, vanilla and spicy notes.

Palate: Balanced, smooth, fruity, with a pleasantly refreshing acidity. Long and elegant finish, with a subtle lingering note of dark fruits and spices.

Vinification: Boccinois made from carefully selected and hand-picked Merlot grapes to ensure the highest quality and freshness. After harvest, the must undergoes traditional cold maceration with alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 27 months in selected 225-liter first- and second-use French barriques. During this time, the wine matures and acquires aromatic complexity and a broader flavor structure.

The result is a smooth and highly elegant wine: Boccino.
