Taste: balanced and smooth with fruitiness and pleasant refreshing acidity. The finish is long and elegant with subtle persistence of dark fruits and spices.

Vinification: After harvesting selected Merlot grapes to ensure maximum quality and freshness, traditional vinification with alcoholic fermentation in Inox tanks takes place. Subsequently, the wine is aged for a long period of 32 months in 300-liter French barriques of second and third years. During this period, the wine matures, acquiring aromatic complexity and greater flavor structure. The result is a smooth wine of great elegance.
