Bouquet: fine and delicate with hints of fleshy fruit and light toasted aromas.

Flavour: dry, pleasant freshness is combined with a pleasant softness. The aromas are complex, fruity, with a lingering finish and a light almond flavour.

Vinification: The best Merlot grapes harvested on the hills, give life to an excellent white wine. The red merlot grapes are juiced and macerated with the red grape skins for a short amount of time before they are removed. The juice is then subjected to alcoholic fermentation in first and second passage barriques, where further aging takes place for 6-8 months.
